Electricity: Electricity is not included in the rental rate. After booking, there will be an additional charge of $20 USD per day.

In the condominium's common areas, indulge in infinity pools, sunbathe in hammocks, or visit the Pool Bar offering a variety of menu items.
Just 8 minutes by car is the Beach Club, accessible via internal transportation within the complex for an extra fee. Access to the Beach Club requires a $35 USD consumables fee. The proximity to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana ($) allows guests to explore its amenities, including the casino.
Upon arrival, please ensure everything is in order and report any anomalies promptly.
Guest Access:
Access the complex using the pass provided before arrival, and enter the apartment with a code sent in advance for your convenience. Your host will be available for seamless communication and to assist with autonomous check-in if preferred.

Electricity: Please note that electricity is charged at $20 USD per day after booking.
The apartment includes drinking water, coffee, sugar, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items if consumed during their stay, but replacements are not required at checkout.
We recommend stocking up on basic necessities before arrival at a nearby supermarket.
Any damage to the apartment or its contents, as well as missing items, will be charged accordingly after your departure.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $200.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
Payment & Cancellation
Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 30 days or less refunds won’t apply.
Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival.
No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation.No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes
NOTE: if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained
