In the common area of the condominium you can immerse yourself in its "infinity" pools, sunbathe in hammocks or enjoy the Pool Bar, which offers a varied menu of products.
8 minutes by car you will find the Beach Club, you have internal transportation in the complex for an extra fee.
Access to beach club requires 35 usd consumables.
The proximity to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana ($), allows you to visit its amenities, including the casino.
Wifi (60 Mb) throughout apartment space and central AC.
* Electricity is partially included. 10 kw per day are included with your rate the rest is billed as per consumption at US$ 0.45
We recommend that when arriving at the property, check that everything is in order and report any anomaly.
Other things to note
- In the accommodation you will find drinking water, coffee, detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
We recommend that before your arrival you go to a supermarket for your basic needs.
- Please note that you will be charged for any damage to the apartment or items as well as missing after your departure.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 15 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $200.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file 7 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
Payment & Cancellation
Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 30 days or less refunds won’t apply.
Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival.
No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation.No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes
NOTE: if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained
